Wonderful spot with a great view! We arrived at night, but the property is well marked and was easy to find. It was too cold and wet for us to enjoy the large deck and the fire pit, but they look great! Erik is super responsive, we highly recommend this property!

We cannot wait to go back! The house is adorable. We played cards on the big beautiful deck overlooking the Smokey Mountains. We visited amazing restaurants like Singletree and J Arthur’s. We strolled thru downtown Waynesville. We took our puppy to a beautiful park. We sat around the fire pit in the evenings sipping wine and taking in the mountainside. Our bed was comfortable and in the morning you look out the big window and witness why they are called the Smokey Mountains. Erik was immediately available with answers to any questions. A gracious host.

Erik was great! This tiny home has beautiful views of the mountains and a short 15 minute drive into Waynesville. He was very communicative and made sure that me and my wife had everything we needed for a great stay. Would stay here again!
